Vincent 'Vinny' Mann An up-and-coming superhero called 'The Scavenger', with flight-based powers and a heart of gold. New to the scene, he still has a lot of learning to do!

Dr. Mann Vinny's mother. An older scientist of dubious morals. Lead scientist on the once-classified DNA splicing Project Superpowers, she went MIA with her share of the project 30 years ago. She now tries to live an ordinary life in the countryside with her family. DISCLAIMER: image is not actually of dr mann. i havent really drawn her yet .

Dana Rowan Another rookie superhero called 'Virus', with tech-altering powers; she was Vinny's first friend in the big city. She's taken him under her wing, despite being pretty new to the business herself. She has a tendency for running headfirst into danger, much to the chagrin of her allies.

Cliff Maple Not currently working as a superhero himself, he's best friends with Vinny and Dana, and can often be found hanging around the two of them. He often takes on the less-dangerous tasks in their missions, like simply aiding in keeping crowds away from an ongoing battle -- he's a lover, not a fighter.

Mastermind Supervillain. Powers unknown. His crimes so far (as observed by the heroes and public) have only been Saturday-morning-cartoon levels of evil, but he holds a terrifying potential... should he ever decide to escalate, that is.

Rayzre Blayde Exact powers unknown, but they involve firepower. Mastermind's overly eager right-hand man -- the brawns to his brain.

Goro Majima After losing his eye and the trust of his sworn brother in a botched assassination, Majima clawed his way out of debt and through the ranks of the Yakuza to become Captain of the Shimano Family, where his ferocity and unpredictability in battle earned him the title "The Mad Dog of Shimano". He's now the patriarch of the Majima Family, a direct subsidiary of the Tojo Clan.
